How long does setup take?
30 days from signature to your tutors running live lessons. That's a contractual commitment, not a sales estimate — the delivery date is written into every license agreement. It covers brand customization, domain configuration, tutor account provisioning, and a private training session with your Customer Success Manager.
Do we pay for hours when our tutors aren't in a lesson?
No. Koala for Business only bills for "active" hours — hours where a student is connected to the classroom alongside a tutor. If a tutor is in the classroom alone (prepping, testing, or waiting for a student to show up), that time is not billed.
